The site describes Sunward Getaways and our travel membership. Membership is offered only through a written membership agreement. That agreement, not this site, sets out what membership includes, what you pay, and your cancellation rights. If anything on this site conflicts with your membership agreement, the agreement controls.

Prices, savings and availability shown on the site are examples found on the dates stated. Travel prices change constantly, and we don't guarantee that any example will be available or that you will see the same savings. Bookings are subject to the terms of the hotel, cruise line, airline or other travel supplier.

Travel suppliers and other sites

Hotel, resort, cruise and other brand names and logos on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown to identify what can be booked through membership and don't mean those companies endorse, sponsor or partner with us. Links to other sites, including the member booking site run by our fulfillment partner, are governed by those sites' own terms and privacy policies.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, copy its content for commercial use, or submit false information.

Our content

The Sunward Getaways name, logo, text and design on the site belong to us or our licensors. Photos are used under license. You may view and share pages for personal use.

Text messages and contact

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, our Privacy Policy explains how we use it. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always online.
